WHAT can be returned?
All products are returnable as long as at least 50% of the deodorant remains. The product packaging must also remain in good condition with the label intact and the bottle and top undamaged.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
No later than 15 days after purchase.

HOW do customers return items? Contact us via our contact form or to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
After obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION via the contact form, product can be returned to an address that will be supplied by email after the return is authorized. (Do not return to the main company mailing address in Oakland, Calif. Returns will not be accepted there.)

Who pays for SHIPPING for returns?
Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.

What is the CREDIT for returns?
Your credit card will be refunded once the item is inspected and received less our 20% restocking/handling fee.

How should the Materials be packaged for return?
